Game Sheet w. Trendline (2016 Update)

This is the new updated version for 2016 with rotation option and examples in Microsoft Excel version.

A simple game sheet on the left side to track rotations, points, points for/against in rotations, and blank court diagrams.  Not used for official stats, but a great way to keep track of keep points.  Also includes a left sheet for a trendline.  The layout is meant to open up left to right in booklet form.  I personally use the ARC system by staples for my book (link here).
